All home & garden products crafted by Conant Custom Brass are guaranteed for life. If at any time one of our products falls short of your expectations, let us know immediately. We will do all we can to see that your confidence is restored. We're confident that someday these products will become cherished antiques!
Warranty policy for current products All of our products are guaranteed for life against defects in workmanship. If you are having a problem with one of our products and you think it is covered under this warranty, fill out the form provided. If your problem is due to weather damage, animal damage or accidental damage, see Replacement Parts page to purchase the parts needed for repair. Not sure? Warranty policy for discontinued products which can no longer be repaired or replaced: 1. Return the defective product along with a claim description and copy of receipt (if available), to: Conant Custom Brass Attn: Warranty 270 Pine Street Burlington, VT 05401 USA
2. Our customer service department will issue a credit invoice based on the purchase price and/or suggested retail price at the time of purchase.
3. No cash refunds are available. Credit is redeemable against the retail purchase price of new Home and Garden products only. Credit may not be applied to shipping charges. Credit in excess of the retail purchase price of the replacement item selected will remain as credit on account.
Instructions for redeeming credit: To redeem credit by phone, call 800-832-4482, press 4 at the greeting. Give your credit invoice account number to the customer service representative and confirm the credit amount. Select replacement product. Give the customer service representative your credit card payment information for the amount not covered by credit.
To redeem credit online - Once you have received your credit invoice in the mail, go to www.conantcustombrass.com and click on the "Home and Garden products" on the right. Select your replacement product and add to the cart. At the check out, enter your account number in the comments section. The credit amount will not show on the online invoice. Conant Custom Brass customer service will contact you via email or phone call with the final amount of the sale and any remaining credit.
